Joseph Sutliff is the son of Naomi Sutliff and serves as Chief of Operations and General Manager of Mimi's Sweet Treats. Together, they form a dynamic family-owned mother/son duo bringing decades of combined business experience and genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
A Leader with Real-World Experience
Joseph brings extensive experience across diverse industries. His career spans from the depths of underground coal mining and hands-on contractor work building houses, to excelling in sales—from car sales to earning a national title in University for business presentation, sales, and marketing analysis. His most significant professional achievement came during his decade-plus as Regional Sales Manager for multiple large corporate entities, where he consistently exceeded targets and built lasting client relationships while managing regional marketing and sales count management.
Joseph has survived the manual labor that most haven't experienced—working in coal mines and building houses as a contractor. This foundation, combined with decades in corporate America's regional marketing and sales management, gave him a unique perspective on how business should truly work.
